Why Korean Japanese vergan?

I am a Korean Japanese and grew up in Japan between 2 countries' food cultures.

I did not know Kimchi does not appear on the table among general Japanese families when I was a child !


I can say those foods are totally different each other but both are very good for health because there are various sophisticated dishes with a lot of vegetables.

So I conceive it must be fit with vegan food and it will be a small accent for vegan people who live in slow food life style.


We will challenge many kinds of interesting vegan menu in near future.
